BUENOS AIRES, 20 Sep. USA closed the air space for the plane of the president of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro, which on Friday has to take off for China, reported head Venezuelan the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Elias Jaua.

The presidential liner had to cross the air space of Puerto Rico, being in jurisdiction of the USA.

“On the eve of our departure in the People’s Republic of China we received information from the American authorities that we were given refusal on flight in the American air space in Atlantic” — told Jaua.

“We condemn it as one more aggression of the North American empire” — the minister declared. He noted that “nobody can forbid flight to the plane in which the president of the republic being in the state international trip”.

Jaua assured that Venezuela reserves the right to take necessary measures if air US authorities don’t change the decision. About what measures there is a speech, head Venezuelan didn’t specify.

The president of Venezuela also reported that the USA refused the visa to participation in General assembly of the UN to the head of his administration.

“If I have to take diplomatic measures against the government of the USA, I will accept them, but on it I will disagree” — Maduro told.

General Assembly of the UN will open on September 24 and will last till October 1.

The president of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro called a serious mistake the solution of US authorities to close air space for its presidential liner.

“I ordered that developed other route, let longer”, told Maduro.

Earlier it was expected that Maduro will go to China on Friday, and its visit will last till September 24.

In China leaders of two states plan to discuss interaction of the countries in the social sphere and deliveries to Venezuela of household appliances and computers of the Chinese production.
